About the Role: Data Entry Specialist
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data entry into the QuickClaim system. This is a unique opportunity to work in a quiet, casual environment that values attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system from a constant supply of images, ensuring high-quality output.
- Identify document types based on the provided documentation, utilizing your analytical skills.
- Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards, demonstrating a commitment to data privacy.
- Interact professionally with other staff members as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Make recommendations for process improvements or enhancements, showcasing your ability to think critically.
- Complete all tasks assigned for the day, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to productivity.
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned, being flexible and adaptable in your role.

Location and Schedule
This is a remote position based in Superior, WI. blithequark offers flexible scheduling with available shifts between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Both part-time and full-time openings are available, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week.
Compensation
