We are a residential real estate investment company hiring a Deal Analyst / Underwriter to analyze live deals and build financial models across multiple investment strategies.
This is not a leadership or decision-making role.

What You Will Do
•Build spreadsheet models for residential deals
• Evaluate multiple exit strategies:
o Wholesale
o Double close
o Novations
o Fix & flip
o Buy & hold
o Creative financing
• Analyze purchase price, rehab, holding costs, and financing
• Prepare clear underwriting summaries for acquisitions leadership

Required Experience
• 1–4 years experience underwriting or analyzing real estate deals
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with multiple exit strategies preferred
• Comfortable following established processes
