Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

You will identify patterns, trends, and correlations that provide meaningful insights into customer behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion optimization.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage all data assets including marketing data, customer data, website analytics, product information, and logistics data. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for data-driven strategy development. You will support the development and execution of initiatives that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Business Intelligence: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform strategic decisions. You will translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using industry-leading visualization tools. You will create compelling visual representations of data that enable teams to monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and derive meaningful insights in real-time.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and generate meaningful insights
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel with experience working with databases and data manipulation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or similar platforms
