Position Summary
Provide 24/7 dispatch support for oilfield operations by coordinating equipment, drivers, and customer communications from job intake through delivery. Serve as the primary communication link between customers, operations, maintenance, drivers, and management while ensuring accurate job tracking and timely updates.
Primary Responsibilities
Receive and process new job requests via GroupMe, phone, or email.
Verify all required job information is complete before dispatching.
Coordinate with maintenance to confirm equipment availability.
Assign available equipment and schedule company or third-party transportation.
Verify driver availability and Hours of Service compliance.
Track equipment locations and maintain an accurate record of which unit is assigned to each customer and job site.
Monitor deliveries and provide ETA updates from dispatch through delivery.
Send standardized job status updates to customers and internal management.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and update company software as required (Spira when implemented).
Escalate equipment shortages, delays, or operational issues to management immediately.
Update Live Equipment Status Board
Requirements
24/7 availability through scheduled staffing.
Fluent English (written and verbal).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or oilfield operations preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet and dedicated workspace.
Performance Expectations
Respond to new dispatch requests within 5 minutes.
Complete dispatch coordination within 60 minutes of receiving complete job information.
Provide timely status updates at each stage of the job.
Maintain accurate equipment location tracking and job documentation.
Zero missed dispatch requests and prompt escalation of any issues.
