Job description: Position Title: Drafter 1 Location: Englewood, CO Company: 360 Rail ServicesOverview: 360 Rail Services is seeking a motivated Drafter 1 to join our team. This is an entry-level position for individuals with a solid understanding of CAD principles and a desire to contribute to rail infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess a strong work ethic, and have knowledge of CAD software. An understanding of engineering principles is a plus.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and modification of technical drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Interpret sketches, drawings, and layouts to produce detailed construction documents.
• Update and maintain drawing databases and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to resolve any design discrepancies.
• Continuously learn and develop drafting and design skills as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Basic understanding of CAD principles.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
