Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong SketchUp Pro and/or AutoCad experience to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• Create detailed drawings and plans using SketchUp Pro
• Develop accurate 3D models based on design specifications
• Collaborate with the Project Development team to meet project requirements
• Revise drawings based on feedback from the Project Development Manager
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
• Meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Requirements
• SketchUp Pro and/or AutoCad proficiency (required)
• Minimum 5years of drafting experience (architectural or engineering preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced SketchUp skills
• AutoCad
• Experience with 3D rendering
Schedule
• 40 hours per week
