Mission
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service)
- Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) to support business processes
- Develop and manage workflows and automation using Power Automate
- Customize Dynamics using plugins, custom workflows, business rules, and JavaScript
- Integrate Dynamics and Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and connectors
- Support solution deployment, testing, and production releases
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and end users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security, and governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
- Experience with Power Automate flows
- Strong understanding of Dataverse (entities, relationships, security roles)
- Experience with C# for Dynamics plugins and custom workflows
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customization
- Experience with Dynamics configuration (forms, views, dashboards, security roles)
- Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) – nice to have
- Experience with ALM, solutions, and environment management
