You’ll join Marie Curie’s Talent and Development team - the team playing a critical role in shaping culture, building capability and ensuring people in our organisation feel supported, valued and empowered in their roles. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Internal Communications, Employee Networks and leaders across the charity, the team is driving forward a people agenda that puts inclusion, wellbeing and belonging at its core.

As Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding equity, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing across Marie Curie. You’ll help shape policies, programmes and ways of working that ensure all colleagues - particularly those from underrepresented and marginalised communities - feel supported and able to thrive. Your work will directly contribute to creating a more inclusive culture, improving colleague experience, and ensuring the organisation reflects and serves the diverse communities it supports.
