Role Overview
You will be responsible for converting warm parent leads into enrolled students through consultative sales calls.
You are NOT teaching.
You are NOT advising.
You are closing.
Compensation Structure
• 10–15% commission per sale
• Weekly payouts available
• Performance Bonuses:
Expected Earnings
Strong performers earn
• $3000 – $8,000/month depending on performance
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct 5–15 sales calls per day (warm leads provided)
• Follow structured sales script (mandatory)
• Identify parent pain points and goals
• Position program as a transformation system (not tutoring)
• Handle objections confidently (price, timing, child readiness)
• Close enrollments on the call or follow-up
Required SkillsMust Have:
• 1+ year experience in sales (preferably high-ticket)
• Strong English communication skills (U.S. parent-facing)
• Ability to control conversations confidently
• Comfortable discussing pricing and closing directly
Preferred:
• Experience in edtech, coaching, SaaS, or enrollment sales
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Remote sales experience
NOT a Fit If You Are:
• Afraid to ask for the sale
• Dependent on scripts without thinking
• Uncomfortable with rejection
• Looking for “easy salary job”
• Not results-driven
Sales Process You Will Follow
• Warm lead follows up with parent
• Discovery of child needs and goals
• Identify pain points (future readiness, learning gaps)
• Present transformation program
• Handle objections
• Close enrollment or schedule final follow-up
Performance Metrics
You will be measured on:
• Close rate (target: 20–30%)
• Calls completed per day
• Revenue generated per month
• Attendance-to-close conversion rate
Interview Process
• Submit a 2–3 minute video:
• “Sell me an education program for a 10-year-old”
• Live roleplay interview:
• You sell to us as a parent
• We test objections
• Final evaluation call
What Success Looks Like A successful closer:
• Takes control of calls quickly
• Asks smart questions instead of talking too much
• Builds urgency without pressure
• Consistently closes parents into enrollment

This is a
performance-based role
.
If you perform, you will earn more than most traditional sales jobs.
