The Role: Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of data management tasks that are essential to our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter various types of data into our database systems with precision and speed, ensuring 100% accuracy in all entries. This includes alphanumeric data, numerical figures, text entries, and multimedia information when required.
- Data Verification and Validation: Cross-reference and verify entered data against source documents to identify and correct any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity through rigorous quality checks.
- Data Organization and Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain data in a systematic and logical manner using appropriate file naming conventions, folder structures, and database protocols.
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain existing records, ensuring that all information remains current and relevant. This includes editing, deleting, or adding data as needed based on new information or updates.

Essential Qualifications
