We are partnering with several highly regarded law firms seeking Employment Attorneys for fully remote opportunities. Our clients represent both plaintiff-side and defense-side employment matters, handling sophisticated litigation and counseling involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, PAGA, and other employment-related disputes.
Open Positions
• Mid-Level Employment Litigation Attorneys (2–7 years experience)
• Senior Attorney: 7+ years of employment experience
Practice Areas
• Employment Defense Litigation

Key Responsibilities
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and court appearances
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Work closely with partners on complex litigation strategy

Billable Requirement
1800 annual billable hours
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 – $300,000]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
