What You Will Be Doing
• Reaching out to newly received inbound leads within 24 hours to begin admissions discussions via phone
• Describing Unbound Academy's virtual education model and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms
• Maintaining systematic follow-up to transition families from initial inquiry through application to final enrollment
• Recording all engagement in a CRM with precise notes, planned next actions, and updated pipeline status
• Planning and leading local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and collect new leads

• Allowing inbound leads to sit unaddressed while you focus on administrative tasks
• Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning like a high-volume transactional call center
• Participating in events without actively presenting information or generating prospective families
• Dedicating most of your time to back-office duties when enrollment activity is high

Basic Requirements
• Located in Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer-facing position
• Background working with children or families (such as schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
• At ease making regular phone calls and supporting families through multi-stage processes
• Effective verbal communication abilities with a capacity to quickly establish trust
• Working knowledge of CRM systems or digital tools for lead tracking
Nice-to-have Requirements
• Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
• Academic coursework or professional experience in communications, education, or a closely related discipline

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $25 USD/hour, which equates to $50,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
