Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Data Security and Compliance: Maintain required security of student data in full compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Protect sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in the NRS system to ensure accurate reporting. Identify and correct discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Data Accessibility: Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders. Respond to data requests promptly and provide support as needed.
- Task Organization: Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet all local, state, and program deadlines. Manage your time efficiently to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Student Outcome Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including but not limited to pre and post-testing with state-mandated assessments. Track progress and maintain accurate records of student achievements.
- Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in data management and education administration.
- Document Management: Scan documents and label items systematically. Maintain organized digital and physical files for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.

Essential Qualifications
