What You'll Do: Your Role at arenaflex
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our recruiting efforts and helping us identify the top talent that drives our continued success. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Candidate Identification & Initial Contact: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our various searches. You'll be the first point of connection for many promising professionals looking to join arenaflex.
- Innovative Sourcing: Propose new and creative alternatives to identify candidates beyond traditional methods. Your ideas for finding exceptional talent will help shape our recruitment strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area. Your fresh perspective can help us become more efficient and effective in how we discover and engage talent.
- Job Portal Management: Manage the postings across the different job portals with which we work and carefully evaluate the candidates who apply to them. You'll ensure our job listings are compelling and accurately represent arenaflex.
- Profile Analysis: Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open. You'll develop a keen eye for identifying the right fit among hundreds of applications.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and easy retrieval of candidate information.
- Communication Support: Assist in drafting and sending communications to candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate smooth recruitment workflows.
- Research & Market Intelligence: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to support strategic decision-making.

- Experience working in remote or distributed team environments.
- Additional language proficiency (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or other languages are highly valued).
