Within our People/HR Division, the Executive Compensation team plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Executive Compensation Analytics Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, serving colleagues across California. Position Overview

The Executive Compensation Analytics Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced programming and analytical support to build and enhance solutions that power our Executive Compensation programs.
