Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing our CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer information * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Working a 5-day schedule, including evenings and weekends, from 8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive hourly wages * Comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed * A supportive team environment * Employee benefits package which includes: + 401k Plan + Vacation + Holidays + And more **What We're Looking For** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses the following qualifications: * Must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only * Possess their own computer equipment, including: + Laptop or desktop computer + Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps + Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode) + Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended + 8GB Memory / RAM + Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB + Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G + Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps + Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Previous call center customer service experience * High school diploma or equivalent **Essential Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
