**Job Summary**
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. You'll be the face of our company, working closely with key marketplace players to attract new sellers to our platform and maximize our products' selection facet and client base. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the game.
* Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
* Guide dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help dealers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution.
**Primary Qualifications**
* A Bachelor's degree is required.
* Perfect applicants should own 1 to 3 years of success enterprise sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries.
* Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process.
* Enjoy promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored.
* Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and be very enthusiastic about success and winning.
* Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
* Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities.
* At ease with complex financial data. Polished communication skills – talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
* Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment cozy with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years e-commerce experience is a plus.
* 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus.
* 3+ years direct sales experience is a plus.
