Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Panama. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.
- Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guiding sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
Primary Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Remarkable commercial judgment with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, with a comfort level with complex financial data.
- Polished communication skills, including talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
- The ability to think and lead in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a "hands-on" approach to managing responsibilities and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of success.
- 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
