**Responsibilities**
As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including:
* Accurately entering data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Processing data work between account managers and clients, maintaining confidentiality and security
* Verifying data accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors in data entry
* Ensuring data integrity by performing regular checks and audits
* Maintaining confidentiality and security of all data
* Working with a dedicated team to ensure timely data entry and support
* Performing other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**
