About the Role
As an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for enabling business strategies, fostering leadership success, and shaping the employee experience. You'll work closely with stakeholders and CoE functional partners to facilitate talent-led solutions, maintain headcount tracking, and champion company-wide initiatives. You'll also build and maintain long-term trusted employee and leader relationships, coach and influence business leaders, and develop a knowledge of the leadership development needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with designing and executing creative talent solutions that impact business and employee experience, such as organization transformation, engagement programs, recognition initiatives, performance management, learning and development, retention initiatives, and more.
- Integrate and collaborate with stakeholders and CoE functional partners, such as Talent Acquisition, Organization and Talent Solutions, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and HR Operations, to help facilitate talent-led solutions.
- Maintain headcount tracking and day-to-day headcount management.
- Champion company-wide initiatives, events, and programs as required.
- Exercise familiarity with workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions.
- Understand the basics of navigating a complex and matrix organization.
- Build and maintain long-term trusted employee and leader relationships.
- Coach and influence business leaders to take a long-term view to engage and retain top talent, while building morale, productivity, and organization effectiveness.
- Develop a knowledge of the leadership development needs of the business.
- Facilitate an open and inclusive work environment true to the core values of Workwarp.
- Serve as a credible partner and "one-stop shop" for employees to voice concerns, ask questions, and request assistance.
- Provide advice to employees on the appropriate interpretation and application of HR policies, processes, and practices.
- Encourage employees to embrace a culture and environment of inclusion, creativity, and respect.
- Support employees in finding how to access tools and documents that provide information about policies and practices for the Company.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and procedures. You should have a postgraduate or graduate degree in HR or Psychology, with at least 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or COE experience. Experience working in high-growth, disruptive industries is also preferred.
