With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, arenaflex has established itself as a trusted partner in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex members via phone, email, and instant message. You'll build rapport with customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide accurate and timely information about their benefits. Your expertise in navigating complex plan information and processes will be invaluable in helping customers make informed decisions about their benefits. **Key Responsibilities** * Build rapport with customers and respond to their inquiries in a compassionate and respectful manner * Customize customer service approach to meet all types of member communication styles and personalities * Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements * Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information, and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon * Read and understand clients' plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member * Participate in meetings and major projects as required * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED * Any various experience, preferably in Customer Service or Call Center * English speaking candidates or Bilingual in Spanish or French (Paid .75 Cents more if Bilingual, Fully Fluent in Spanish or French) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and online knowledgebase tools **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the benefits and wellness industry * Knowledge of HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data security requirements * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual in multiple languages (Spanish, French, or other languages) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build rapport with customers and respond to their inquiries in a compassionate and respectful manner * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and online knowledgebase tools * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
