As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our internal and external customers through various communication channels, including mail, email, and telephone. You'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**

• **Maintain Call Center Database**: Enter information into our call center database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• **Online Support Website**: Review, answer, and resolve any issues for all inquiries from our online support website.
• **Voicemail Calls**: Return voicemail calls and answer and resolve all inquiries from customers.
• **Correspondence**: Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information and create letters and miscellaneous correspondence as needed.
• **Enhance Organization Reputation**: Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
**Essential Qualifications**
• **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or related fields is required.
• **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
