**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offer additional products and services
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer
* Proficiency in multitasking and rapid switching between tasks
* Desire to learn new technologies
* A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and Internet
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite connections) and a smartphone
