**A Day in the Life of a Branch Customer Service Representative**
As a Branch Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting arenaflex products and services, promoting customer satisfaction, and participating in office events to generate revenue by improving member awareness of products. Your day will be filled with:
* Providing sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products
* Generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information
* Responding to customer inquiries and referring to senior staff or agent when appropriate
* Providing cashiering services to members, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel, and sale of tickets, and travel money products
* Receiving and resolving member/customer complaints and seeking assistance from management in complaint resolution when appropriate
* Providing administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods
* Conducting outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
* Other duties as assigned

**We're Looking for Candidates Who**
* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Have working experience in a customer-focused environment
* Provide customer-focused service and timely solutions to problems
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Take personal responsibility in seeking solutions to problems
* Can multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure meeting office customer service goals
* Possess passion and enthusiasm for working with people
* Have basic mathematical calculations to accurately perform monetary transactions
* Can communicate effectively (verbal and written) with others in a work environment
* Work effectively in a team environment
* Exceed member expectations relating to professionalism of demeanor, efficient and effective customer service (on phone or in person), and maintenance of workstation and office facility
* Can work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment
* Are willing to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends (may include community events)
**Work Environment**
This is an in-office position, and employees will service arenaflex members in-person and be based on-site in an arenaflex branch facility.
