Our pharmacists play a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that drive equitable access to care for the country's medically underserved populations. **Job Summary** As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, working under direct supervision, and performing data entry tasks using arenaflex's pharmacy systems. You will be the primary point of contact for patients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle patient and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. * Perform data entry tasks using arenaflex's pharmacy systems, including entering patient and medication information, processing prescriptions, and managing inventory. * Investigate and resolve issues related to missing medication data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, resolving issues on a case-by-case basis. * Settle external outliers by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both in electronic and paper formats. * Meet productivity and quality standards, including answering high-volume customer calls and resolving issues in a timely manner. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer. + Using the mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing documents. + Accessing data online. * Basic web browsing skills, including: + Opening a browser. + Typing URLs in the address bar. + Using a search engine. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing online forms. * Basic keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM). + Typing by memory. + Organizing records. * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. * 18 years or older. **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 WPM. + Typing by memory. + Organizing records. * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25-$35/hour. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. * Comprehensive training and development programs. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Flexible scheduling and remote work options. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for healthcare and pharmacy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
