With over 9,000 retail locations across America, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, arenaflex is proud to be a local healthcare destination serving nearly 10 million customers every day. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Client Relationship Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for clients and responsible for: * Maintaining and reinforcing client relationships by providing required services that address client issues * Serving as the knowledgeable authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities * Claiming the end-to-end responsibility for any inquiries and issues while demonstrating exceptional skill and providing the highest level of service consistently * Using cross-functional support groups to request and interpret different data streams, and communicate business results and patterns that relate to the client and their overall 340B program execution * Requesting client input and determining process improvement solutions and suggesting system upgrades * Educating clients regarding any reporting changes and guiding them through the changes. Examining client requirements to foster more successful reporting * Providing fundamental support necessary to clients for 340B reviews by providing a clarification of the data flow through the different systems * Participating in the client's review cycle and providing support on-site or remotely * Maintaining records of client interactions, recording details, complaints, remarks, and actions made. Contacting clients to answer inquiries or to inform them of investigation results and planned changes **Essential Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and two (2) years of client or record relationship experience * Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues * Experience developing approaches to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalation of issues is necessary * Experience communicating both verbally (on telephone, one-on-one and to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to different audiences (work group, team, organization management, and external clients) * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences * Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting text style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting an outline style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, rearranging, hiding, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing outline level, adding, centering, and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing outline view or running a slide show) * Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and aligning text, selecting text style type and size, changing margins and section width, sorting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities) * Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience or high school diploma and 2 years of client or record relationship experience * Experience working in a client or record management environment * Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, PBM **About arenaflex Benefits** * Health coverage: Inclusion for medical, dental, and vision costs * Retirement Plans: 401(k) or other retirement savings plans * Paid Time: Vacation days, holidays, and sick leave * Employee Limits: Limits on items or services provided by the organization * Life Insurance: Inclusion in case of an employee's death * Education Assistance: Support for employees pursuing further education * Health Initiatives: Drives to promote employee health and well-being * Career Advancement: Training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for data analysis and process improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our arenaflex team.
