Responsibilities

- Maintain customer records in our system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience, share best practices, and provide support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time.
Requirements
