**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Adapting to changing procedures and assignments as needed
* Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs
* Working overtime and/or Saturday hours as workload demands
**Must-Haves**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
* A high school diploma or equivalent

* High volume in-bound call center experience
