**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll be the go-to expert for all their needs, from travel and card-related issues to lifestyle suggestions and recommendations. Your goal will be to create a seamless and memorable experience for our Card Members, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty to the arenaflex brand.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
* Providing personalized support and guidance to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns
* Making proactive recommendations to Card Members, based on their preferences and interests
* Utilizing the Client's First approach to address Card Member needs and expectations
* Providing travel counsel and making reservations on their behalf
* Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions
**Requirements:**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or high-end environment
* Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
* Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with Card Members
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
* Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and tools
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks
