You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our brand and values in every interaction. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll be the go-to expert for all their needs, from travel and card-related issues to lifestyle suggestions and recommendations. Your goal will be to create a seamless and memorable experience for our Card Members, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty to the arenaflex brand.
