**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Insights Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving consumer loyalty by overseeing reviews, investigating information, and introducing significant experiences to partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Working with the Senior Director to develop and implement the Essential Customer Insights strategy, including planning, building, disseminating, and reporting on customer feedback to build customer loyalty
* Collaborating with the Senior Director to design and develop surveys that effectively capture customer feedback and experiences, while ensuring maximum reach and response rate
* Analyzing customer feedback data and creating reports that provide actionable insights to the business, using your storytelling abilities to communicate and share the customer story with internal stakeholders
* Presenting findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders, using clear and engaging visuals and language to convince and influence your audience
* Proactively partnering across functions to ensure open communication and continuous relationship development by aligning on shared objectives
* Continuously reviewing and enhancing the research process to ensure it remains relevant to business needs and provides valuable, actionable insights
* Collaborating with vendors to obtain top-tier research methods
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in market research or customer insights
* Mastery in understanding various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
* Ability to manage project timelines and deadlines that run concurrently
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Comfortable communicating with customers directly
* Hands-on experience in survey development and programming (e.g., survey plan and software)
* Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
* Ability to learn research software and tools quickly
* Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics)
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various assets
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
