**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Order Management Representative II to join our team for a temporary contract position of 2-2.5 months. As a key member of our order fulfillment team, you'll be responsible for releasing customer orders, managing license blocks, and sending emails to customers. **Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the E-business, order fulfillment team to release customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* Manage license blocks and delivery blocks, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
* Send emails to customers, providing updates on order status and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Work closely with customers to resolve any queries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
* Utilize SAP software to manage orders and track customer interactions.
* Participate in remote training and onboarding, developing your skills and knowledge in customer order management.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, or a related field).
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of SAP software and experience using it to manage orders and track customer interactions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
