You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures and policies to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. This is a full-time, remote position that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner. * Research and resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and consistent manner. * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction. * Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. **Requirements** * **Education**: Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. * **Experience**: Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service. * **Skills**: + Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. + Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing. + Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications. + Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency. + Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program. * **Preferred Qualifications**: + Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. + Prior inbound Call Center experience. + Previous experience working from home a plus. + Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience. **Work Schedule** * Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time. * Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday. * This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week. * Days off may not be consecutive (e.g., Wednesdays and Sundays off). **Compensation and Benefits** * **Pay Rate**: $17.00 per hour to start, with earning potential up to $34.15 per hour. * **Benefits**: arenaflex offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and short-term and long-term disability benefits. * **Well-being Programs**: arenaflex provides numerous well-being programs, education assistance, free development courses, a CVS store discount, and discount programs with participating partners. * **Time Off**: arenaflex employees enjoy Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
