Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our state-of-the-art stores, cutting-edge technology, and a team of passionate professionals who share our vision of delivering exceptional experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Modeling and conveying a unique and magnificent customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is respectful, fair, and productive. * Registering sales on assigned sales register, providing clients with exceptional checkout service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Drawing in clients and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, settling client issues, and answering questions to guarantee a positive customer experience. * Modeling and offering customer service best practices with all colleagues to deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience, including relational skills (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service qualities (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, upgrading until satisfied, etc.). * Providing clients with respectful, pleasant, quick, and productive help, recommending products available for purchase, and suggesting upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * Registering client purchases on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and circulating change as required; processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary. * Maintaining counters and retiring areas clean and well-marketed, taking stock, and keeping records; checking in and costing stock as required or as directed by the head supervisor or shift manager. * Carrying out Organization resource protection methods to identify and limit benefit loss. * Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., liquor and tobacco products). * Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock; completing resets and updates as directed. * Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). * Having working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. * Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine; selling special photo products. * Taking on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles orders (picks items), and delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store). * Assisting with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, pristine, deliberate store condition and appearance. * Conforming to all organization policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues. * Completing unique tasks and other assignments as directed. **Preparation and Self-awareness** * Attends training and completes PPLs as mentioned by the Chief or assigned by corporate. * Fundamental Capabilities: + Should be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico). + Expects eagerness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours. * Preferred Capabilities: + Lean towards a half year of experience in a retail environment. + Like to have earlier work experience with arenaflex. + Like to be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico). + Expects ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $27/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive training and onboarding program * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to exclusive discounts and perks * A chance to make a difference in the lives of our customers and communities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and joining a team of like-minded professionals, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
