* Utilizing our Customer Contact Tool and Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Collaborating with our Corporate Sales Team to provide sales support and drive business growth
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization
* Proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in a fast-paced environment
