**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Phone Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and SMS. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering excellent customer service via phone and SMS, responding to inbound calls and making outbound appointment setting calls
* Identifying and resolving caller needs, providing information and solutions with a positive and energetic attitude
* Maintaining accurate database records and managing SMS communications
* Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and key performance metrics
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours
* Strong work ethic and self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
* Professional and friendly attitude, with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
* Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
