**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative on our 3rd shift team, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to drive sales growth
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Interacting with customers daily, providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Providing excellent customer care, communication, and friendly conversation
* Performing at a quick pace while having fun and thinking on your feet to solve problems
**You're a Great Fit If**
* You have retail and customer service experience, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
* You're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn and grow
* You have a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong work ethic
* You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
* You're a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
