**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative - Affiliates, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and phone for policy inquiries, billing, and claims processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Providing excellent customer service**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* **Entering account information**: Enter customer account information into our agency management system and issue policies following department procedures.
* **Communicating with agents**: Communicate with agents regarding payment status, billing problems, and coverage questions.

* **Preparing correspondence**: Prepare emails and letters for correspondence with customers and agents.
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
* **Two years of general business, insurance, or related experience**: We're looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in a related field.
* **CISR designation**: We require candidates to hold or be willing to obtain the CISR designation.
