**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving member concerns, processing requests in a timely and accurate manner, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work from home, using a structured protocol and scripts to document conversations and ensure consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. You'll also have the opportunity to work independently, multitask effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is correct and up-to-date
* Ensure all company procedures are followed, including accurate trip data input in our systems
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, meeting productivity standards, and maintaining a positive attitude
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
* Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems, review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
* Answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ calls per day) and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
* Work overtime as required and maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs
* Use sound decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
**Requirements**
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
* 0-2 years of related experience (customer service, call center, or healthcare industry)
* 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
* Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to type 35wpm or more
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently under general supervision
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with CRM software and data entry
