Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide top-notch customer service via inbound and outbound conversations, using your excellent communication skills to resolve customer issues and concerns * Utilize your computer skills to research customer requests and accurately record the details of your interactions * Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences **Skills for Success:** * **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to customers. Your communication skills should be clear, concise, and engaging. * **Computer skills**: You'll need to be proficient in using computer software, navigating the web, and typing at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute. * **Typing skills**: We require a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
