You'll work closely with customers to fulfill their banking needs, connect them with account services, and resolve any disputes that may arise. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will be essential in delivering a seamless customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Help customers open checking and savings accounts, and maintain their accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. * Resolve customer disputes and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists to meet their financial needs. * Record transactions, count and package currency, and reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy and security. * Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our financial solutions. * Communicate effectively with other bank team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations. * Manage Safe Deposit Boxes, including opening, closing, billing, and granting access to customers. **Essential Qualifications** * Prior banking experience is preferred but not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work with a team and come to work with a positive attitude. * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in banking or a related field. * 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field. * Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investments. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other banking systems. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work with a team and come to work with a positive attitude. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
