**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Researching and problem-solving to determine the best course of action for each customer, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards

**Key Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service setting

* Ability to multi-task and think critically, with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work overtime as needed

* The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
