**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with our domestic and international customers, supporting them with ticketing, baggage, and travel-related issues, while providing a friendly, professional, and confident service experience. You'll be the ambassador of arenaflex, crafting meaningful connections with our passengers and creating a welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner, building customer loyalty and commitment
• Step up and anticipate customer needs, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility
• Work collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues and helping them achieve success
• Navigate challenges with consistency and adaptability, retaining composure and managing issues in a professional manner
• Utilize technology and tools to provide efficient and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
• Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer questions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
**Qualifications:**
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
• Able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
