We treat our customers like family, providing great value, exceptional customer service, and education to make customers confident in their decision to do their own repairs. **Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have direct interaction with customers via email/chat, recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments.
