Job Overview

As a key member of our Inbound Enactments team, you will report to the Merchant Services Manager and work closely with the team to drive excellence in customer support, process improvements, and team performance. Although this is a remote position, we anticipate that the role will become hybrid, with some time spent in-office, once our offices resume normal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Mentor colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics, promoting a positive and supportive team environment
- Demonstrate creativity and a commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace, always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
- Be an avid student of the business, continuously seeking ways to grow and learn about the industry, and applying that knowledge to drive innovation and excellence

- Identify areas for improvement and implement projects to enhance efficiency and quality, driving continuous improvement and excellence
- Answer and address acceleration protests from customers and employees, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop innovative solutions
