As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve. This is a work-from-home position, but please note that you must reside within a commutable distance of Rapid City, South Dakota, to be considered for this role. While you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, occasional in-person meetings may be required, so proximity to our Rapid City location is essential.
In this position, you'll handle inbound calls from our valued cardholders, maintaining exceptional customer service as your constant goal. You'll be responsible for maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and most importantly, building lasting relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Your ability to multitask, think on your feet, and provide solutions-oriented support will be key to your success in this role.

Note: New hires (Level 4-7) must have nine months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum six months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, Level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from their manager to post.
