Position Overview

Unlike many call center positions, we do not require outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition to your regular schedule, which includes mid-shift hours. The mid-shift typically runs from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with varying shifts and flexibility required. Candidates must maintain open availability to accommodate our operational needs.
