**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their queries. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Identifying issues and providing effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless support and coverage during peak periods
* Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the success of the team and project
* Providing cover for absent colleagues and ensuring continuity of service
* Attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Skills, Qualifications, and Interests**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A native level of German and an advanced level of English
* Knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
