**What You Will Do in This Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support to our healthcare clients, resolving technical issues and addressing member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Help customers navigate our healthcare-related systems and services, ensuring that they receive the support they need to access the care they deserve.
* Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus and providing a positive experience.
* Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
* Be efficient in navigating multiple systems, including our CRM and other healthcare-related software.
* Deliver expert customer experiences, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships with our healthcare clients.
**Your Qualifications**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Experienced Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) role include:
* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
