**Key Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing various systems, including client systems, soft phone systems, and customer relationship management software, to manage multiple projects and achieve quality scores
* Documenting activity into VA systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
* Staying up-to-date on VA regulations, particularly those related to 72-hour notification requirements, to provide informed guidance to clients
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals, providing support and assistance as needed
* Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field
* General office skills, including knowledge of standard office equipment and software such as Excel and Word
* Data entry and 10-key experience, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Personal traits of high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty, and integrity, with a demonstrated ability to place others in a position of high value
