* Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate sales and arrangement completion, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Work in a fast-paced, organized environment, driving sales growth and meeting targets through self-motivation and proactive problem-solving.
* Handle sales requests and set arrangements in the most efficient way for arenaflex, ensuring suitable pricing and processes are followed while logging all data and managing client relationships.
* Check item and arrangement precision, setting accurate assumptions for the client experience and driving customer satisfaction.

* 20%: Collaboration – Work with arenaflex partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate sales and arrangement completion.
* 40%: Communication – Call clients to survey items and set arrangements, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
* 20%: Customer Support – Provide consultative customer service and sales insights to clients through inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and trust to meet and exceed sales targets and call quality requirements.
* 20%: THD Cycle and Strategy – Identify and resolve client, partner, and internal stakeholder issues as soon as possible.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
* Strong foundation in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
